What we disclose

For investment or strategic partnership discussions, we share the following documents after an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) is signed.

  • Organization documents (roles of the Osaka head office and our R&D and manufacturing site in China, shareholder structure, ownership of intellectual property)
  • Business plan, Phase 0–4 (a step-by-step plan to expand from the material into business areas starting with cosmetics and toiletries)
  • Adoption status and pipeline of brands by industry (Inside Program qualification record)
  • R&D documents (physical manufacturing process, 21 papers and patents by our PhD- and master's-level researchers, mass-production setup)
  • Financial documents (recent results, investment plan by Phase, target KPIs)

Section 02

How the process works

  1. STEP 1 — First inquiry: Use the form below to send us an introduction to your company or fund and your area of interest (investment / joint research / licensing / strategic alliance).
  2. STEP 2 — Exploratory meeting: After our first reply, we share an overview (based on public information) and set up an online meeting.
  3. STEP 3 — NDA: When you move to a full evaluation, we sign an NDA and share the full set of documents.
  4. STEP 4 — Due diligence: We support technical, IP, financial and legal due diligence, and arrange direct conversations with management.

The GranovaQ brand is run jointly by our Osaka head office and our site in China, which share manufacturing, sales and regional roles.

  • J.C. Technology Co., Ltd. (Osaka, Japan): Head office. Branding, regulatory affairs, sales in the Japanese market, operation of the Inside Program, and operation of this website.
  • R&D and manufacturing site (China): Our core site for manufacturing and R&D.
