These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the official website of the GranovaQ Inside brand (under granovaq.com; the “Site”) operated by J.C. Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).

J.C. Technology Co., Ltd. is the operator that plans, manufactures and sells GranovaQ-brand materials and products.

By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

• Site: all websites provided by the Company on granovaq.com and its subdomains.
• User: any individual or legal entity that accesses the Site directly or indirectly.
• Content: text, images, photographs, videos, logos, designs, source code, data and any other information published on the Site.
• GranovaQ brand: the brand system for graphene quantum dot materials that the Company offers in the Japanese market. It consists of three tiers: GranovaQ (master brand) / GranovaQ Inside (co-branding) / GranovaQ Certified (higher-level qualification).
• GranovaQ Inside mark: the visible mark (including lockups) displayed on products of brands qualified under the Inside Program.
• Spec Stamp: the qualification stamp reserved for the GranovaQ Certified tier.

The inquiry forms provided on the Site (Inside applications, material sourcing, OEM, consumers) may be used only within the scope of the Company’s business and for the uses the Company intends.

• The Company and its group companies use submitted information to respond to inquiries, conclude agreements and keep records.
• Details of how we handle this information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
• The Company does not accept inquiries by telephone or fax. Please send inquiries through the forms or the designated email address.
• If obvious spam, impersonation or automated mass submissions are identified, the Company may block submissions without notice.

Copyright, design rights, trademark rights and all other intellectual property rights in the Content of the Site belong to the Company, its group companies, or the legitimate rights holders of the Content concerned.

Users may view the Site within the scope of private use, in accordance with these Terms and Section 6 (Quotation and reproduction). Any use beyond that (reproduction, distribution, public transmission, adaptation, creation of derivative works, etc.) requires prior written consent.

Trademarks and logos such as GranovaQ, GranovaQ Inside, the GranovaQ Inside mark, lockups and the Spec Stamp are registered trademarks or trademarks of the Company and its group companies. GranovaQ® is registered in Japan (Reg. Nos. 7040063 and 7040064).

• Use of the GranovaQ Inside mark on products: limited to the scope of the right of use granted under a separate Inside Program license agreement. Brands without an agreement may not use the GranovaQ Inside mark.
• Use of the Spec Stamp: only brands qualified for the GranovaQ Certified tier may use it, within the scope of that qualification.
• Use in news reports and articles: please consult us and obtain our approval in advance (press contact). Modification, partial use or placement alongside other logos will be decided case by case after consultation.
• Unauthorized use on product packaging, promotional materials, social media or elsewhere constitutes infringement of trademark rights and copyright and will be subject to legal action.

• When quoting text, figures, tables or data from the Site, please clearly cite “GranovaQ Inside official website (granovaq.com)” as the source.
• When quoting, do not alter the content, and clearly distinguish the quoted portion.
• When quoting statements about the functions of the material, use the wording of the Site without alteration. For details, see the Notice on functional claims.
• For reproduction of images, videos, logos and the like, or for use for commercial purposes, please obtain the Company’s prior written consent.

The following acts are prohibited when using the Site.

• Acts that violate these Terms or applicable laws and regulations.
• Acts that infringe the rights of the Company, its group companies or third parties.
• Impersonating the Company, an adopting brand or any related party, or making false claims of qualification.
• Automated collection (scraping) from the Site, access that places an excessive load on the Site, and acts that interfere with the normal operation of the service.
• Reverse engineering or analysis of the Site’s code or materials, and redistribution involving modification.
• Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.

The Site may contain links to websites outside the Company’s group. The content, services and policies of linked sites are provided under the responsibility of their respective operators, and the Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the content of linked sites.

In principle, we welcome links to the Site from sites outside the Company’s group. However, please refrain from linking in a context that damages the reputation of the Company or this brand, or for purposes that violate laws and regulations.

• The Company endeavors to keep the information published on the Site accurate, complete and up to date, but does not guarantee this.
• The Company is not liable for any damage incurred by Users or third parties as a result of the suspension, interruption, modification, termination or the like of the Site.
• Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company, the Company is not liable for any damage incurred by Users in connection with the use of the Site (including direct, indirect, incidental and consequential damage).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. For any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms, the Osaka District Court or the Osaka Summary Court, depending on the amount in dispute, shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are published on the Site. In the case of material revisions, the Company will give notice on the Site.
